Portbooker is limited to providing the technical solution for the reserves reach the marina concerned. Portbooker does have a support department to track any issues that the user views in the booking process.
Any error or lack of information in Portbooker's content should be interpreted as a result of the good will of Portbooker during de process of loading all data. Portbooker will not be held accountable for those changes of information that have not duly been communicated in advance by marinas or yacht clubs. The information referring to the description of the marinas, their services, images, location, etc. It is owned by the marina. Marinas have the right to request the rectification or elimination of any data they consider necessary. Portbooker is not responsible for the veracity of this data or for compliance with the copyright of such information. Reproduction and duplication in other media not expressly authorized by Portbooker and the marinas is strictly prohibited.

Portbooker provides marinas with a technical solution “Portmanager”, and each and every marina decides how it would like to load its availability for any given set of dates: availability of moorings for online booking confirmations, booking requests or no availability (no available moorings). Portbooker undertakes to provide this information accurately and precisely in accordance with the data entered by the marinas.

The Marinas set their own pricing policies, payment and cancellation, Portbooker only shows in the booking process, not responsible for the modifications, specifications or additional amounts subsequently entering the ports, while the user is encouraged to communicate those findings to seek a solution that avoided in the future.
