Personal data transfer relates to the exclusive purpose of providing the user with services associated to Portbooker's offer. Therefore the user accepts the transfer of this information by accepting these terms and conditions. The user has the right to access this personal data at all timesand has the right to modify or cancel registration, complying with the Law related to Data Protection that is actually valid in Spain (one of the most restrictive in Europe). User's acceptance can be revoked at all times with no retro-active effects, in agreement with the articles 6 and 11 of the Ley Orgánica de Proteccion de Datos 15/1999, 13th of December. For this purpose, only an email to Portbooker contacto@portbooker.com will be necessary.
Portbooker guarantees implementation of security measures of security in its database software and hardware. Therefore, Portbooker guarantees confidentiality of Personal Data, although this information is subject to be disclosed should public authorities request Personal Data or any other information that could be required according to the legal dispositions and regulations applicable to each case. The user of Portbooker by all means authenticity of the Personal Data provided. Portbooker's services are not intented for underage children and Portbooker recommends parental control. Also, Portbooker may collect information through cookies or navigation logs of users of www.portbooker.com. These procedures are exclusively associated to users and their personal computer. Portbooker will only use this data with the purpose of improving its services.
