Wow, won't be using this harbour, I hope ... what a rip off for using the waters natural resource for power .... I hope you give a MASSIVE amount to charity if this is what you charge for a small vessel. My brother is using the boat as his accommodation. I don't pay this to mortgage my house .. Wow... Am v.v.v.v.v.v.v.v shocked. No doubt this will be adjuciated and not put on the site, but obviously a 'rich man's plaything. rather than a real boating paradise ... dock !!
