The marina property, a former amusement park dating back to 1907 was built in 1962. Toledo Beach Marina (TBM) consists of a full-service marina operation located on approximately 57 acres on the southwestern shore of Lake Erie. TBM is the only large full-service deep-water commercial marina in the region. The dockage facilities include a total of 544 dock slips. The marina operations include high quality, deep water dockage facilities, mechanical services, maintenance, and storage services, boat rack and launch, fuel, and various supporting operations including food service and retail operations. The mechanical service operation is a full-service marine service center and provides a broad range of services with factory-trained personnel on site seven (7) days a week. These services include engine repair and full service carpentry, fiberglass, and aluminum fabrication service, yacht service and commissioning, interior redesign and decorating services, electronics and appliance service, and other miscellaneous services.
