VERY basic facilities. One or two staff members speak English but virtuallly no local suppliers do which makes it difficult. You can't work on your boat on the dry and then have it lifted into the water and keep working or test anything as they want you to leave after 24 hours. This can be dangerous if you're doing any major or new work.
