The Fifth Street Marina is located on the Miami River just 2.4K from the Brickell Financial District of Downtown Miami. The Marina is separated into two halves. On the western half, there is a full service boatyard operated by Norseman Shipbuilding with a100 ton travel lift capable of servicing yachts up to 27 meters. The Marina is 9K from Miami International Airport and 1.6K to the new Marlins Baseball Stadium.
